Located 9 kilometers from Todi (10 minutes) in Umbria, and one and one-half hours from both Florence and Rome, this stone estate is 22 hectares in total size. There are 14 hectares in wood, 6 in arable land, and 2 in mature garden. It sits on a hill, 200 meters above sea level, with a panoramic view on Tiber River and the valley.
The Main Villa is about 550 square meters, built in original classic local stone, and has two floors. Large entry and reception area, with substantial window space giving extensive interior light. Arched doorways between the rooms characteristic of this type of country home. An underground tunnel leads to the basement with the wine cellar and a multipurpose space full of light. There are 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 3 fireplaces. Floors are in cotto antico. The portico is 150 square meters, and provides outdoor dining space. The rectangular 16×8 swimming pool is is set in mosaic stone. In the garden there is a foundation of a former tennis court.
The garage has space for two cars, with a storage room for garden utensils next to it.
