Designed by the well-known architect Alberto Ponis, the villa consists of two separate structures set around the exclusive pool. The main house, consisting of an elegant living room with a nice fireplace and a stove , large kitchen with  spacious pantry, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath and shower. The annex, separate from the main structure, consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, kitchenette with mini fridge, which is closed in the closet.

A terraced courtyard, near the kitchen, is equipped with a masonry oven. There is a single access road to the villa that is exclusive to the property. The beautiful sandy beach of Li Cossi is only 1,500 meters away, and not far away you can find some of the most beautiful and exclusive beaches in the northern Sardinia.

Costa Paradiso, North Sardinia, is an area that is developed on an area of about 700 hectares, managed by a board (Community of the territory Costa Paradiso) which administers About 2,000 properties, half of which are villas. It is inhabited  year round, with peak  attendance concentrated in the summer months  and in extended long weekends linked to holidays.

The administrative structure consists of the contribution of about 25 contracted employees, half of which are designated for 24 hour/12 month security.
The cost of annual management (condominium) is between 1,300 and 1,500 euro.

The local area features three shopping centers, restaurants, sports centers, medical Guard and 2 harbors per shed dinghies and boats.

Li Cossi beach (Spiaggia di Li Cossi) is located 2 kilometers south-west of the village of Costa Paradiso, in Olbia-Tempio. Named after the Li Cossi river that runs behind it, Li Cossi beach belongs to some of the most famous beaches of north Sardinia. Enclosed in a natural amphitheater of granite rocks, the beach has a length of just 80 meters but can be up to 70 meters wide, reaching all the way back to the riverbed. It’s a great spot for making pictures of the sunset as Li Cossi faces due west. Li Cossi beach is sheltered from the winds, and the shallow waters and gentle sea allow children to swim and play freely. With waters rich in all kinds of fish, Li Cossi beach is also a popular snorkelling and scuba diving spot.
